Effective and Ideal Feedback Mechanism

The Community Action Plan is one of the mutually agreed advocacy ways with the community helping the Facilities Management Group (GMF), its members, and the community to have the conscience to improve based on the Community Score Card's (CSC) recommendation. On the other side, advocacy to the competence body is a process to ensure that the suppliers can consider the quality aspects of WASH systems, which are sensitive to gender, accessibility, investment, and guidelines to ensure the sustainability of BESI programs in the rural community and existence of Government's monitoring in accordance to recommendations of CSC.
